Our members lead the way in supplying the UK with a wide variety of timber and timber products for the construction, joinery and design markets. In order to demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards of product quality and sustainability to their customers, all our members must follow the TTF Code of Conduct.
The TTF members cover a large proportion of all the products and timber technologies that operate within the sector. So, whether you are looking for an agent, importer, manufacturer, merchant, sawmiller or are simply looking for a particular product, you will be sure to find what you’re looking for in our Find a Member page.
We provide a specialist business consultancy to our members, utilising the combined knowledge of our expert team and our 125 years of experience.

Our committees oversee the TTF’s policy development and provide a conduit for us to communicate with members. Our Governing Board approves the overarching TTF strategic plan and provides oversight of its implementation.
The Governing Board consists of representatives of our Softwood, Hardwood and Panel Products Divisions and our Regional Associations. Within the Governing Board also sits the sustainability and compliance committee, Forests Forever.
We have started developing our Working Groups as a way of focusing on major industry topics. These include Cladding, Flooring, Merchant Forum, Engineered Wood Products and Chinese Plywood.
Each product division has an executive committee which governs the agenda of the division. By joining a TTF Committee, Regional Association or Working Group our members can vote and have a say on the future of the timber industry.
