IN ORDER TO DEMONSTRATE A COMMITMENT TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF PRODUCT QUALITY AND SUSTAINABILITY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS, ALL OF OUR MEMBERS MUST FOLLOW THE TTF CODE OF CONDUCT.

All TTF members must adhere to our Code of Conduct. Our members are committed to ensuring all the products they sell are fit for purpose, are high quality and in compliance with the latest national and international market standards and regulations.

Policy & Market Advice
We offer advice and in-depth information sheets on UK and international timber policies, political developments and market intelligence.
Supply Chain Management
We have a number of risk management tools and information services to support the implementation our RPP and Code of Conduct. We review a company's sourcing activities and support the implementation of a comprehensive procurement policy.
Responsible Forest Management & Procurement
We can support your responsible forest management and development strategy by providing expert advice. This enables suppliers to implement gradual ‘step-wise’ programmes to purchase timber from verified legal and sustainable sources.
Environment & Quality Management
We have an enormous amount of expertise in implementing ISO process standards, such as ISO 14001 Environment, ISO 9001 Quality, OHSAS 18001 Health & Safety.
Chain of Custody Certification
We offer support and tools for the implementation of essential Chain of Custody standards, such as FSC and the PEFC. We can also clarify any issues you may have surrounding the EUTR. We have a group Chain of Custody scheme for smaller members.
Training
We provide a wide range of training services and packages on implementing a responsible purchasing policy, and further relevant industry standards. We offer bespoke training courses for buyers and suppliers of timber products.
