EFSM Programme

The six-day programme is delivered over 12 months and is recognised by the Institute of Sales Management (ISM). Developed with Reed Consultants, this programme supports talented individuals to successfully manage a portfolio of customers, particularly those in the timber industry.

 

This programme is ideal for future Sales Executives who require a foundation of sales management techniques, skills and knowledge to be successful in sales.

Workshops & E-Learning

This programme involves both online and offline training.

 

There are four main workshops: Induction, Selling and Me, Deliverable Results (2 days) and Ultimate Sells. The programme will finish with a Profitable Portfolio Results Presentation & Awards. All workshops take place at The Holiday Inn, Coventry.

 

The online element of the course is split between e-learning and project work. E-learning is in bite sized chunks and consists of modules spread across the 12 months, in total there will be in the region of 15 hours of e-learning over the whole course. The project work is designed to form part of the delegate’s ‘day job’, with online tutorials and other activities which will average out at 1-2 hours of leaning per week.

The next cohort is proposed to start on Thursday 26th September. 

 

Each cohort takes on 12 delegates and places are first come, first served.
