Let’s talk treated timber webinar

Getting the right message to the right people

The Timber Trade Federation (TTF), Wood Protection Association (WPA) and Timber Decking & Cladding Association (TDCA) hosted a one-hour on-line event on timber treatments for members of all three organisations on Wednesday 24 March.

The aim of the event was to inform and update members on the wide range of educational resources available and the two complementary supply chain communications campaigns now up and running, aimed both at the builders merchant sector and at the fencing and landscaping market.

They were also told how to take advantage of the resources available and link it to their business into the campaign to promote their own treated wood sales.

TTF members were also updated on the TTF Action Plan and their place in it, including the roll out timetable, compliance requirements and the independent accreditation of treatment operations.
