Stella Round, Performance Coach and Mentor, Stellar Consultancy & Training

When someone uncovers their own potential, understands who they are and what strengths they have they realise their worth. Stella works with individuals to understand what limiting beliefs, distortions and barriers they have created to stop them from living their whole self.

After a successful career as a Sales Development Consultant, Stella has become a leading Coach and Mentor in multiple sectors including technology, Utilities and financial services. She has focused on Sales Enablement and working with businesses to align the marketing, training and sales teams together.

As a key member of the Diversity and Inclusion movement, Stella has supported individuals in their career by helping many find their voice. Providing a safe and non-judgemental platform she has supported many to seek help and guidance when previously they thought there was none. Her amiable nature enables her to develop a genuine rapport. This is enhanced by her sincere belief in the benefits of coaching
and mentoring.

How a team fits together is often the barrier to success, especially when each member is working on an individual basis rather than as a team. Helping to uncover what a good team can achieve when the human and not the machine turns up is her focus.

Stella says; “To understand and accept your own strengths and weaknesses helps when developing others to accept theirs. Bringing your authentic self to work is much harder than it sounds, that’s how a coach can help.”

Mentor of the Year Finalist for The Women in Insurance Awards (2nd year running) and shortlisted as Mentor of the Year for the BCU (Birmingham City University) Professional Mentoring Programme. Stella is a mentor for the Institute of Directors and works with Wolverhampton University and has recently become a professional mentor with The Air Ambulance Service.

Stella is a Fellow of The Institute of Sales Management and an ambassador for The National sales Conference and regularly hosts regional events. Having moved from Liverpool to the Midlands in 2001 she lives in Solihull with her husband and 9-year-old Yorkshire Terrier, Charlie. A keen football fan and avid supporter of Liverpool Football Club she will certainly be celebrating the recent Premier League success for as long as she can get away with it!
