TTF Preservative Treatment Meeting – Wednesday 22nd May
The results from the Preservative Treatment Survey on proposed changes to the TTF Code of Conduct closed at the end of April. The results are that the majority of members will vote positively at the AGM to support these proposals as they are currently set out.
This means that the changes will be circulated as a formal AGM motion at the end of May along with the other TTF AGM papers.
Ahead of this circulation we have arranged a meeting for all NSD Members and other interested parties to allow discussion of the points outlined in the draft agenda below.
1. Implementation timetable for changes
a. Marking of use class on documents
b. Third party requirements on treatment plants
c. Provision of training resources
2. Review suggestions received from members within the survey
3. Development of specific training resources to support Code of Conduct changes
4. Marketing and promotion to support this initiative
a. Target groups
b. Messages for each group
c. Communications through TTF Regional Associations
